As a realtor acting in the best interest of my buyer, in a buyer agency relationship, means I am solely representing the person or persons buying or purchasing a property.  My clients interest are very important to me, and anyone who has worked with me

or knows me knows I am very protective of my clients.   I will likely talk you out of a home, before I would ever encourage a sale.  I don’t like the word salesmen.  I view my job as being there to protect your interest, help find the right kind of home, a good deal, and to negotiate you the best deal and terms possible.   Good working relationships are very important in determining 

Some things a realtor who represents your interest in this capacity will not be paid by you, but rather the seller of the home, by paying the listing agent and the listing agent puts out a percentage to the MLS ( Multiple Listing Services.) 

Tasks often done would be:

  • Help you find the perfect home, that fits a criteria you are looking for, and send you homes.
  • set up appointments and using my good working relationships to get you access to special homes off the market
  • when we find a home you love, we put forth our best foot forward in getting the selling side to take our offer.  I present all offers on 3 way call with the sellers agent and the seller.  Its always helpful to be extra kind to people when viewinga home they have to sell, that you are interested in.   I seen it change outcomes.
