Why do I need a buyer’s agent if I can use a listing agent?

Great question!  A lot of people think they will get a better deal if they go right to the listing agent.  As a listing and buyer’s agent, I find that to be a false premise.  I consider myself one of the fairest honest in the business, and when working with the seller, it’s very hard to not be somewhat biased in the deal.  Having a buyer’s agent represent you, they are looking out for your interest and yours alone.  Having a strong buyers agent with good working relationships such as myself would give you better odds of getting the deal, you wouldn’t pay the agent, the seller does, and you will get a better price negotiated for you, with a skilled negotiator in the business to work you through all the steps from accepting the offer, inspection, contracts, appraisal, and getting it to the closing table and more.   It will give you much greater peace of mind.  I have done deals where I have represented both sides, and maybe it’s not your first or second time purchasing a home, and you have more understanding of the business, my vote would be to call me or someone else skilled to represent you and your interest.  

Will you List a home out of Staten Island or Brooklyn, but in NYS? the
